Our staff will answer any questions you may have and can set up an appointment for you and your family to meet with a licensed Funeral Director. 

You may also choose to submit information through our Arrangement Intake Form to answer many of the questions your Funeral Director will ask in advance. 

• If your loved one has passed away in a hospital, nursing home, or care facility they will pronounce the date and time of death and contact the funeral home of your selection to arrange for pick up.
• If your loved one has passed away at home unexpectedly you will need to call 911 emergency services so a professional may come out to pronounce the date and time of death. The Medical Examiner and Officer on scene will also make a determination if there will be an examination performed by the Medical Examiner. 
• If no examination is determined as necessary then the family will be responsible for selecting and contacting a funeral home for transportation. 
• The funeral home will come to the residence, hospital, or care facility to pick up your loved one and bring them into the funeral home's care. 
• From there a Funeral Director will call you to answer questions and set up an appointment to discuss funeral arrangements.
