Marion Hines Obituary

Marion Harold Hines, age 78 passed away at his home in Kent, WA. On June 30, 2020. He was surrounded by his beloved wife, Honey Lou, (Harold called his wife this) his lovely (His daughter, Trina) and his old sock. (The nickname for his son, Greg). Harold Hines was born on May 7, 1942 in Seattle, Washington. His parents' names were Arthur and Marion Jenny Hines. Marion served 4 years in the Navy and was a proud veteran.  Marion was a Maintenance Machinist for almost 40 years and worked in various small machine shops. He loved his work and was an expert in his field. Marion was also a friend to Bill W. (Alcoholics Anonymous). He had many hobbies and he was very talented and intelligent. Some of his hobbies were: Fishing (His favorite), kayaking, biking, painting, wood working, playing the ukulele and guitar. Marion was married to his beloved wife, Jenny Hines for 38 years, they were best friends.  Survivors, in addition to his wife, are his children: Greg Hines, Laurie Westberg and Trina Worsham. He had 7 grandchildren: Molly Hines, Lily Hines, Justin Kerr, Jordan Westberg, Kyleigh Westberg, Amber Worsham and Tia Worsham. He also had a best furry friend named Benjamin.  Marion was a one of a kind human being, he was always joking and made everyone smile.  He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
