Howard Andrew Pearl

Howard Andrew Pearl beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and uncle passed away at the age 85 in July 2020.  He was born in Charlevoix, Michigan to Reuben and Bernice Pearl.

He was raised with older brothers Robert and Bertand.  He graduated from Michigan Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He married Helen Joanne Pischner in 1956 and they had one son, Phillip, twin daughters Judie and Julie, and daughter Felicia.  They lived most of their married life in Washington State.  Howard married Karen Brown in 1993 and welcomed sons Keith and Mark to the family.

Howard worked for both Boeing and Ladish.  He enjoyed traveling and was an avid golfer.  His many fishing trips in Wisconsin and Canada were particular favorites.

Howard was predeceased by his first wife Joanne.  He is survived by his wife of 27 years Karen, children Phillip, Judie Donabauer, Julie (Mark) Gustafson, Felicia (Scott) Pearl-Abbott, Keith (Charlotte) Brown, Mark (Marsela) Brown, 11 grandkids, 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private family memorial is planned.  In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Salvation Army in Howard’s name at PO Box 9219, Seattle, WA 98109.
