Glayde "Dolly" Wilkins

Glayde (Dolly) Wilkins passed away March 1, 2020. She was born in her family home in Ada Minnesota in 1935. After graduation Dolly moved to the Seattle area where she was employed by The Boeing company for many years.

Dolly later became a full-time homemaker when she married her true love, Ted Wilkins. They shared many happy years together. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, compassion and generosity.

Dolly dearly loved her family and friends. She said they were a source of strength that kept her going. She was also eternally grateful for the kindness and care she received from her friends and neighbors in her later years.

Special thanks to Dr. Wasicek, Dr. Hugh Foy, Dr. Jungles, Dolly’s nurse Jo, Matthew, and her many wonderful health care providers.

Dolly is preceded in death by her husband Ted, her parents, daughter in law Stephanie, grandson Brian, and great granddaughter Trisha. She is survived by her daughter Cindy Taylor, (Brad) The Taylor family, the Vandaveer family, White, Wilkins extended families and many dear friends.

A service will be announced at a later date.
