Patricia Kay Cusick

Patricia Kay Cusick, age 63, passed away May 11, 2019 in Seattle.  She was born May 14, 1955 in Toppenish, Washington to the late Alfred and Carmen Alvarado.  Patricia was a 1973 graduate of Tyee High School. 
 

She loved being a stay at home mother, then eventually went back to work as an office administrator once her children were old enough.  Her life centered around her family, where she would spoil her children and grandchildren.   She loved gardening, caring for all of her dogs, taking long drives with her loving husband, and rooting for her favorite football team, the Seattle Seahawks. 

Survivors include her beloved husband Ivan Cusick of Ravensdale, her daughter Rachelle (husband, Jon) Lindsay of Bonney Lake, WA and son Aaron (wife, Ashley) Cusick of Edgewood, WA;  sister Carol Metzger of Auburn, WA and grandchildren Ava Cusick and Madison Lindsay.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Brother Fred Alvarado, JR and Sisters Adeline (Lena) Martinez, Helen Ilar and Renee Gallegos.

Friends are invited to a time of visitation Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 10am, with Funeral Mass at 11am both at St. Andrews Catholic Church, 1401 Valley Avenue, Sumner, WA 98390. Interment to follow at Mt. View Cemetery, Auburn, WA.  Services entrusted to Edline-Yahn & Covington Funeral Chapel, Kent.
