Beverly Brinley, mom, grandma, great-grandma, and friend passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at the age of 85.
Beverly was born on December 15, 1933 in Helper, Utah to Joseph and Sarah Jane Mutz. Beverly graduated from Carbon High School and married Melvin Jerry Brinley on August 9, 1953.
Beverly lived in Kent, Washington since 1969 and recently moved to Sumner, Washington to enjoy her retirement at the Stafford Suites.
Beverly was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints making life-long friends in the church. She enjoyed genealogy work and always lent a helping hand whenever and wherever needed. She quickly made friends and enjoyed spending time with them, reminiscing and making others smile. Her greatest loves were her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; granddaughter, Kristina Hendricks; four sisters, Annie (infant), Margaret (Wayne) Taylor, Adaline “Ada” (Eddie) Morrison, Elizabeth “Beth” (Johnny) Zupon; and two brothers, Joseph (infant), and Ronald Mutz.
She is survived by her daughters, Kathy Marshall of Orting and Traci Frank of Puyallup; granddaughter, Kellie Johnson of Kent; grandsons, Jeremy Frank of Turlock, CA and Christopher Frank of Puyallup; great-grandson, Blake Johnson of Kent; great-granddaughter, Taylor Johnson of Kent; and brother Marvin Mutz of Utah.
